ALSO is looking for an onsite Talent Operations Coordinator to act as the engine behind our recruiting and talent operations infrastructure. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and takes extreme ownership over results.
What You Will Do - Own and execute scheduling for candidate interviews, including coordination across time zones and stakeholders—often under tight timelines.
- Be onsite to welcome and greet candidates, ensuring a smooth and welcoming in-person experience from arrival to departure.
- Maintain our ATS and ensure data integrity across recruiting pipelines and reporting dashboards.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a white-glove candidate experience from application through offer.
- Drive process improvements across recruiting operations, onboarding, and internal documentation.
- Act as a first responder and problem-solver for unexpected day-of interview issues or last-minute changes.
What You Will Bring - 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or a high-speed administrative role.
- Experience at a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Given the highly-collaborative nature of this role and required proximity to our most senior leaders,
this role is expected to be onsite in our Palo Alto office .
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
