Starting Rate of pay: $ 18.76/hour for the first 10 months then moves to $20.76/hr. for packing

$ 19.06/hour for the first 10 months then moves to $21.06/hr. for loader

Shifts Available and Hours: Night shift EOWEO

5:45pm-6am

Shift Premium: Nightshift - $.50/hour extra

Bonus : Monthly profit sharing (Eligible after 6 months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Safely and efficiently operates assigned equipment or machine.
• Lifts and stacks products.
• Maintains efficiency standards set for assigned areas.
• Maintains good housekeeping of work areas.
• Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved.
• Must be able to work long hours as needed in seasonal temperatures

Education and Experience Requirements:

• No High School Diploma or GED required.
• Little to no previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experience is needed.
• Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.
• Must possess a willingness to learn and an eagerness to grow.
• Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply).
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to use a calculator.
