Job Title: JAMA Requirements Management Specialist

Role Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient specialist to manage and optimize requirements workflows using the JAMA platform. This role will support cross-functional teams in ensuring traceability, quality, and alignment of product requirements across the development lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure JAMA to support agile and hybrid development workflows.
• Lead migration of requirements from legacy tools (Excel, Spark) into JAMA and Jira.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to capture, refine, and manage requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between JAMA and Jira using REST APIs and scripting (Python/SIL).
• Ensure compliance with AMD's internal standards for documentation and traceability.
• Support Agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are linked to user stories and test cases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JAMA usage and integrations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with JAMA and Jira, including configuration and integration.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation and customization.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in requirements traceability and defect management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech product development environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Spark.
• SAFe or Agile certification.
