Job Description

Обязанности:

Participation in the process of formal personnel documentation (hiring, managing personal files, termination, transfer, disciplinary violations, changes in contractual terms, etc.)
Involvement in the preparation of preliminary payroll documentation
Participation in the organizational climate survey process
Involvement in organizational structure and personnel analytics/reporting

Требования:

Graduates or final-year students in Business Administration or Social Sciences
Internship experience in HR, administrative work, or documentation management will be considered an advantage
Foreign language proficiency: English at B2+ level
Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
Effective communication skills
Analytical thinking
Attention to detail
Availability to work full-time
