JD- Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)/ Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)
A Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) or Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) in mechanical engineering with AutoCAD knowledge will likely be involved in design, development, and testing of mechanical systems, using AutoCAD for 2D and 3D design tasks, and collaborating with teams to ensure projects meet requirements. Key responsibilities include assisting senior engineers, conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing technical documentation.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Assist in the design and development of mechanical components, systems, or products using AutoCAD for 2D and 3D modeling.
Testing & Analysis:
Participate in testing and analysis of mechanical systems, including performance testing and troubleshooting.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Collaboration:
Work with a team of engineers and other professionals to ensure project goals are met.
Research:
Conduct research on relevant topics, analyze data, and present findings.
Quality Control:
Participate in quality control checks and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help implement best practices.
Training:
Participate in training programs to gain hands-on experience with manufacturing techniques and tools.
Skills Required:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, including both 2D and 3D design capabilities.
Engineering Principles: Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and concepts.
