Accountabilities

• Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and team meetings to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software defects or issues.
• Learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development productivity.
• Work in cross-functional teams, contributing to various stages of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge in one or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, or C++).
• Familiarity with core software development concepts such as object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs) and version control systems like Git/GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bonus skills: exposure to Spring Boot, AWS, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Databricks, Snowflake, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
