Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities :

In this role, you will be responsible for managing pre-litigation cases from start to finish, including:

• Managing all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement
• Conducting thorough investigations to establish liability and damages
• Drafting and filing all necessary legal documents
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Delivering exceptional client service by keeping clients informed throughout their case

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Attorney in Good Standing to practice law in Illinois
• 5+ years of experience as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney
• Strong understanding of Illinois personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation
• Exceptional research, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Ability to supervise, train, and collaborate with support staff
• Bilingual preferred (not required)
• Committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and client-centered advocacy
